This time, we have invited a well-known professor Dr. Zeng-Yei Hseu from the Department of Agricultural Chemistry of National Taiwan University to share his expertise and experience on soil. He will discuss the composition, characteristics, and functions of soil, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the impact that the soil beneath our feet has on us every day.
