Founded in 2013, Fong Sheng Hao is Taiwan's first specialty shop for charcoal-grilled toast and black tea milk. Originating from founder Mr. Hsu Min-hung's vision and the team's collective effort, the brand gained massive popularity in 2014 through food programs and internet reports, sparking a nationwide craze for charcoal-grilled toast. It has been hailed as one of the "Top 10 Must-Eat Breakfasts in Taipei" and has received the Singapore Food Masters TOP 10 award.
In addition to its classic charcoal-grilled toast, Fong Sheng Hao Singapore also serves Braised Pork Rice to share Taiwanese culinary culture. To provide the best texture, they strictly select "Shokaku Premium Sushi Rice," a CNS Grade 1 superior rice from Miaoli, Taiwan:

台灣玉露茶園有機綠茶 Organic Green Tea (Taiwan Yu-Lu Tea Farm)
來自宜蘭大同鄉好山好水的有機茶葉。
地處雪山山脈，緯度較高，早晚溫差大雲霧撩繞，非常適合茶葉生長。
嚴選小葉種茶葉，採收一心兩葉取其最嫩部份，手採綠茶因屬未發酵茶，保留茶葉中豐富營養成份。
茶湯具有豐富的韻味，口感滑順且細緻度適中，帶有清甜和帶甘鮮的風味，讓人感受到一種清爽的感覺。主調以青草和綠豆香為主，同時也帶有海帶和海苔的香氣，並帶有冰糖的甜香和爆米的香氣。茶湯的水色呈現蜜綠色。
Sourced from the pristine mountains and waters of Datong Township, Yilan, located in the Xueshan Range. The high altitude and significant temperature variations between day and night make it ideal for tea cultivation.
Hand-picked "two leaves and a bud" from small-leaf tea varieties. As a non-fermented tea, it retains rich nutrients.
The tea has a rich, smooth, and delicate taste with sweet and fresh notes. It features primary aromas of grass and mung beans, along with hints of seaweed, rock sugar, and popcorn. The tea liquid is a beautiful honey-green color.
