AMOT於實踐大學宣推「個人餐飲食材選擇牽動全球氣候變遷」

AMOT秘書長張奐雲於實踐大學餐飲管理系的2024餐飲實務講座中分享2023年12月前往杜拜參加聯合國氣候峰會COP28演講心得及參觀各國解決氣候變遷的方案和碳盤查現況,期許學子更關心個人飲食安全,以及用餐選擇溯源餐廳,鼓勵餐廳使用更多安全驗證食材來帶動農業轉型的動能,減少食材相關活動的碳排放以減緩氣候變遷,並進一步維護地球永續。

During a practical seminar on catering management at the Hospitality Management Department of the National Taipei University of Business in 2024, AMOT Secretary-General Zhang Huanyun shared insights from his participation in the COP28 United Nations Climate Summit in Dubai in December 2023. He discussed various countries' approaches to addressing climate change and the current status of carbon footprint tracking. He urged students to pay more attention to personal food safety and choose traceable restaurants for dining, encouraging restaurants to use more food ingredients verified for safety to drive agricultural transformation. This initiative aims to reduce carbon emissions from food-related activities, thus mitigating climate change and further promoting the sustainability of the planet.
